Reserving Your Slot with Free Tickets
In order to avoid disappointment, we will be running a Reservation System with free tickets for the FSElite Theater at FlightSimWeekend 2025. You can book your tickets online right now for each individual session.
You can book a ticket via our Eventbrite page where each session has its own unique ticket. On the day, you will join the Reservation Queue and be amongst the first to be admitted to the theater .
Of course, we will still welcome walk-ins for each session, but we cannot guarantee entry. So in order to avoid disappointment, book ahead for the session(s) you wish to attend. You can book up to 5 tickets per session in total, so if you’re coming with a group, only one of you needs to book in advance.
Tickets are free and walk-ins will still be welcome, subject to capacity limits of the theater.

FSElite Theater Entry Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees and speakers:
- Entry to the FSElite Theater is only possible at the start of each session. Once a session begins, the doors to the theater will remain closed until the session is over.
- Reservations are only valid until 2 minutes before the start of a session. If you arrive late, your reservation is forfeited, and any available seats will be offered to walk-in attendees.
- All attendees must exit the theater at the end of each session. If you wish to attend the next session, you will need to re-enter when doors open for that session.
- Staying seated between sessions is not allowed. This ensures fair access for all guests and allows for a smooth transition between sessions.
- Leaving during a session is strongly discouraged unless absolutely necessary, as it disrupts the presentation and other attendees. You won’t be able to re-enter even if you have a reservation.
